Yoga and Meditation Retreat at Eden Rise -

These weekends are a wonderful way to take time for yourself, you will be cared for from the moment you arrive. All accommodation, food and yoga & meditation classes are included in the cost - £295 . all you need to pay extra is your travel and a massage if you choose to book one.

This is a wonderful time of year for a retreat, when our bodies, hearts and minds are calling us more inwards. It is also a chance to reflect on what we would like to take through into 2022 and what we would like to leave behind. We will also make space to vision what we would like to create in 2022. These retreats are a wonderful opportunity to take time for yourself and be a part of a warm welcoming community. You can take as much space for you as you like, there are communal areas but you can also go for walks, find somewhere to read a book, pop into the fabulous market town of Totnes or take a snooze. It’s all up to you!
